About Aaron
An operator with first-hand experience acquiring and running businesses.
Aaron began acquiring businesses at 25, leading his first acquisition for a UK-listed company.
He later co-founded and bootstrapped a holding company, acquiring and operating metal fabrication and ancillary service businesses and growing revenue from $0 to $20M+.
After years as a buyer and buy-side adviser — navigating broker-led and direct-to-seller transactions with fragmented advice and no single party owning execution — Aaron developed a disciplined acquisition process focused on preparation, active acquisition management, and clean execution through to settlement.
Today, Aaron works hands-on with SME owners as the single execution lead, applying this process so acquisitions progress decisively while owners remain focused on running their core operations.
